The prospective subscriber has the opportunity to browse the business platform website and learn about the benefits and subscription packages, before the subscription is finalized after payment. In case of incorrect submission, selection of a subscription package or withdrawal, an e-mail must be sent within 2 working days to b2b@hi-chamber.org in order to obtain a refund. After 2 days, no refund will be possible.

A document ready for compensation should be submitted in a timely manner
There should be detailed documentation of the reason for withdrawal

Late or missing refunds
